Golden Kisses a commission

A commission of seedheads – echinacea, teasels, cow parsley and fennel, aliums and poppy seed heads.  I was given a brief of which room it was to hang in, the colours of the room and to also go with a golden yellow velvet ottoman and they didn’t want to see the painting until it was delivered so no pressure 🙂  It actually sat on a dark blue wall.  It was good to create and took over a month to complete although not working on it every single day but I did dream about it quite often.
